QUALIDADE DE VIDA PROFISSIONAL NA EQUIPE DE ENFERMAGEM DOS SETORES DEDICADOS AO ATENDIMENTO DA COVID-19

Abstract

Objective:To verify QVP scores of the nursing team in the sectors dedicated to the care of patients with COVID-19. Methods:Cross-sectional study, carried out in a public hospital in the south of the country, from February to June 2021. The target population was the nursing staff of the units dedicated to the care of patients with COVID-19. A sociodemographic questionnaire was used. and the QVP scale (ProQOL–IV). Data analysis was performed using descriptive and analytical statistics. Results:The sample consisted of 157 nursing professionals, with a mean age of 39.6 ± 7.9 years. Although there is a medium and high level of SC (114;72.3%) in most of the team, medium and high BO scores (112;71.3%) and medium and high ETS (113;72%) were found in this team. sample. Conclusion:In the pandemic scenario, it was essential to identify how the psycho-emotional health of health professionals was and to subsidize programs to improve workers' health.
