For this, the methodological perspective took place from documentary studies, investigative and exploratory analyses, which were organized from some important points: identification of the main challenges encountered by the subjects of the field in the educational process; difficulties faced by teachers due to lack of incentives for training; identification of whether the Universities/Faculties in the municipality offer training courses for Rural Educators; and, above all, a general analysis – according to the data collected from the responsible bodies – about the effectiveness of public policies in the rural educational context of the municipality.
