Objective: To assess the levels of resilience, quality of life (QoL), anxiety and depression of radiotherapy workers after the COVID-19 pandemic. Method: Multicenter study, carried out in the radiotherapy sector of Barretos-SP, Jales-SP and Porto Velho-RO. Sociodemographic characterization instruments were used to assess the QoL, anxiety, depression and resilience of the participants. Results: The results revealed moderate to high levels of anxiety and QoL. Anxiety and depression were present in 48.9% and 28.6% of professionals, respectively. Married participants with children were related to better levels of anxiety, QoL and resilience. Conclusion: High levels of resilience, moderate to high QoL and the presence of anxiety and depression can be observed in less than half of the participants. Employees who had children are 3.57 times more likely to have high resilience. Actions aimed at improving workers' health are necessary to avoid complications and an increase in the number of burnouts among these professionals.
