Abstract

This article discusses the conditions of use of  labels in literacy. Based on Althusser, we believe that ideology challenges us as subjects and induces, as we have tried to demonstrate throughout our work, many teachers and others profissionals to conduct their practice and speech in a very similar way to advertising speech. Numerous children protection associations have been trying to draw attention to the consequences of a discourse that - by tending to be hegemonic - ends up by submiting individuals, turning them into mere subjects of consumption.
