LEARNING PROCESS MEDIATED BY DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES FOR PERMANENT EDUCATION IN PRIMARY HEALTH CARE

Abstract

This research proposes guidelines for permanent education in  Primary Care Health mediated by digital technologies. The guidelines focus on involving all primary care health professionals'  in a set of actions to improve their work. For validation, training was developed with the application of the proposed guidelines in health facility, involving 11 professionals. The research is qualitative, using a participant/participant research procedure as method. Data collection was carried out through a pre-training questionnaire and a post-training semi-structured interview. The results demonstrated the feasibility of applying the guidelines in Primary Health Care units based on technological mediation. As a conclusion, the proposed guidelines, and their application in permanent quality education for primary care health professionals were validated
